finally friday!

I can finally take a break for this weekend…only two finals coming up next week and that is it, then I am done!!!! Finally DONE!!! I’ll be graduating on the 19th weeee! I’m happy but at the same time not so much because after this I’ll be a full-time employee at a job that I’m already starting to dread. The internship wasn’t bad because I didn’t have to go every single day but now just thinking about how I have to go to work from M-F from 9-5 is already making me sick. I still have to do it because I need the money for grad school and expenses plus I have all these traveling plans to start on. The most important thing that has been my main source of motivation is that I know I’ll definitely be back in school to study what I love most - multimedia design. That’s my goal.

I haven’t been watching much these days, the only series I’ve been keeping up with is “Last Friends” which you can see the new banner featuring Juri Ueno. She is so awesome in this character that you won’t even think that she was the same girl in “Nodame Cantabile”. What else….oh yes, I’m so behind on my Kdramas need to start on that again. I have lots of videos to work on, I’m hoping to finish off all the series that has been done airing already. So stay tune! :)

Honey & Clover

I recently just finished Hachimitsu to Clover and thought it was quite a sweet story so I’m really looking forward to the Taiwanese version which should be coming out real soon, I think next month? My new favorite Eddie Peng is in here and he definitely fits the role of Morita. Oh yes and looking forward to seeing Joe Cheng & Janine Chang too. Not so familiar with Ito Chiaki and Lego Li though. They do look the part but I personally prefer Rainie Yang for the role of the little college girl Hagumi, if you see what her current hairdo is like for her new drama then you know what I mean. An all-Taiwanese cast would’ve been ideal but too bad Rainie is filming another series, and ironically her second male co-star is also Japanese. Anyways, let me do a quick image rundown of the main cast and compare it with the Japanese version like what I did with Hana Kimi before.

As you can see hairstyles and such are similar but I don’t know much about the storyline. It’s mainly a simple story about friendship & love, college life etc… not much drama I don’t think. A nice relaxing spring/summer drama is what I’ll call it. So we’ll see if this will follow the Taiwanese high-rated series list this year. I’ve added some new videos & music for download today so grab it while you can before the links expire!
